Executive Director of the Women’s Business Center of Charlotte
Natalie Williams is a native of NJ and moved to Charlotte Metrolina area over nine years ago. She recently joined the Institute team as the Executive Director of the Women’s Business Center of Charlotte May of 2016. She is a professional leader with extensive knowledge and experience in effective execution and implementation of policy, procedure, and programs; and has over 15 years of financial, organizational development, and operational management. Natalie worked for the Carolinas-Virginia Minority Supplier Development Council for over eight years where she served as the Director of Operation. Natalie has served on several nonprofit boards and enjoys giving back to the community.
As the Director of the WBC-Charlotte she will continue working in collaboration with resource partners to strengthen training programs for women entrepreneurs across a 12 County Region of Charlotte. She is responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance on the WBCC vision, developing training & counseling programs, managing staff, and overseeing WBC Charlotte’s budget. Natalie holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Management.
