Tonya is primarily responsible for creating an inviting office environment for clients and all team members, ensuring the office runs effectively and efficiently. Her duties include helping to ensure the leadership team operates with efficiency, planning and scheduling meetings with clients and prospective clients, managing the team agendas and assisting with daily priorities.

Tonya joined the Worth team in 2018 as the Accounting Assistant. She is a proven veteran with over 15+ years of experience in executive administrative management, business development, scheduling, planning, and customer relationship management.

Originally from Miami, Florida, Tonya is an avid adventurist enjoying boating, skiing, traveling, cruising, and extreme sports. She also has a passion for animals, volunteering at the Florida Humane Society and Banfield Animal Hospital.
