Worth Spotlight: Meet Tonya Hernandez
Originally from Miami, Florida, Tonya is a wonderful asset to the Worth Advisors team and as the Accounting Assistant, she’s usually the first person you meet on the Accounting team. Tonya has over 15 years of experience in executive administrative management, business development, scheduling, planning, and customer relationship management. Her main duties include assisting the accounting department and handling financial statements for clients.
She aspires to become a Certified Bookkeeper and continuing to grow within the company as she sees Worth Advisors being a leading financial company globally in the near future. Tonya describes herself as an adventurist, as she spends as much time as possible participating in water sports, and anything else that catches her eye. She enjoys assisting clients with the help of her team.
Her advice for the new generation of millennials: “always finish what you start, and stay away from stress” as she believes life often takes its own course.
